About Us

About the national sewerage association

The National Sewerage Association has established its credentials within the sewerage industry over a period of almost thirty years.

The NSA continues to represent the interests of companies associated with the survey, operation, maintenance and renovation of sewers, drains and pipelines. It has representatives on several standards committees and liaises with other trade bodies on subjects of mutual interest.

It acts as a forum for its members to ensure that technological developments go hand in hand with improved operational efficiency to meet increasing service standard requirements, whilst looking at existing and new market opportunities.

It also acts as a focus for complaints on non conformance and other general or technical inquiries.

Members are expected to meet high criteria for staff training in the hostile environment in which they operate.

These include reporting procedures for sewer and drain inspections, flow survey analysis, confined space entry, lighting, signing and coning, water jetting and workplace awareness.

This site provides information on the services available from all NSA members. If you would like additional information or clarification, please contact the Secretary.
